Ingredient List

Dry Ingredients
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1½ cups Gold Medal™ Whole Wheat Flour
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 cup Bisquick™
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1½ tsp Garam Masala* spice blend or Cinnamon
Wet Ingredients
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 15 oz can Mang, canned in juice, diced
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 2 each Eggs, fresh
  • Small check mark in a circle icon ¼ cup Sugar, granulated
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 2 Tbsp Oil, vegetable

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 325° F. Lightly coat a 9x13 inch glass baking dish with pan spray.
  2. In a large bowl, stir flour, Bisquick™ and spice with a spoon. In a small bowl, whisk fruit and juice, eggs, sugar, vegetable oil until well blended.
  3. Pour fruit mixture into flour mixture, stir until just moistened. Pour batter into plan and spread evenly.
  4. Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center come out clean. Cool completely; cut into 12 portions.
