Dry Ingredients

Wet Ingredients
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 2 cups Water
  • Small check mark in a circle icon ½ cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, stir flour and biscuit mix with a spoon. Add water and stir until just moistened.
  2. Drop ¼ cup of batter into heated well sprayed pan or griddle. Gently flatten tops with sprayed spatula.
  3. Cook about 4 minutes or until edges are no longer wet. Carefully flip, sprinkle tops with cheese and cook another 4 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  4. Serve warm as is or top with taco ingredients.
