Ingredient List

  • Small check mark in a circle icon 2 whole-wheat flour tortillas (8-9 inch)
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 2 cups diced fresh fruit (bananas, mangos, strawberries)
  • Small check mark in a circle icon ½ cup Cheerios™ cereal
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 2 teaspoons honey

Preparation

  1. Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter over each tortilla.
  2. Cut each tortilla in half.
  3. Fold bottom edge up to 2 inches from top edge.
  4. Fold top edge down to create a cone. Press lightly to seal and repeat with other 3 halves
  5. Open cones and stand in small cups. Fill each cone with ½ cup fruit.
  6. Sprinkle Cheerios over fruit and drizzle with honey.
