Sweet apple juice, peaches and Yoplait® ParfaitPro® Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt combine overnight for a refreshing, strawberry-topped breakfast parfait.


Ingredient List

  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 pouch Yoplait® ParfaitPro® Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt (16632)
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 5 1/3 cups Quick oats, dry
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 4 cups Apple juice, unsweetened
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 4 cups Peaches, canned in juice, drained
Garnish
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 8 cups Strawberries, fresh, sliced
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 cup Yoplait® ParfaitPro® Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt (16632)

Preparation

  1. Combine yogurt, oats, apple juice and peaches in mixing bowl; stir thoroughly and chill overnight.
  2. Portion 2 - #10 scoops into 12 oz cup.
  3. Garnish with 1/2 cup strawberries and garnish with 1 Tbsp yogurt.
  4. Serve immediately or hold under refrigeration until ready to serve.

Tips

  • Combine fruits based on availability for more variety, like pineapple juice and bananas with a canned pineapple garnish, apple juice and frozen blueberries with a canned mandarin orange garnish, or fruit cocktail with the juice and a fresh fruit garnish.
