Dry Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 325° F. Lightly coat a 9x13 inch glass baking dish with pan spray.
  2. In a large bowl, stir flour and biscuit mix with a spoon. Add water and stir until just moistened.
  3. Pour batter into pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  4. Bake 27 to 32 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cut into 12 squares and serve warm.
  5. Bumpy Bread may be used for sandwiches or served with a side of salsa or marinara.
