Dry Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 cup Cranberry sauce, canned, unsweetened

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 350° F. Place paper baking cups in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups.
  2. In a large bowl, stir flour and muffin mix with a spoon. In a small bowl, beat eggs, water, vegetable oil and cranberry sauce until well blended.
  3. Pour cranberry mixture into flour mixture, stir until just moistened. Add cranberries if desired. Divide batter evenly between muffin cups.
  4. Bake 22 to 27 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes and remove from muffin pan.
